My formula for college has been this: "When given the chance to choose between activity x and sleep, always pick sleep." Ok, so maybe it's not a good formula for 100% of the time, but for instance let's look at a late night. Let's assume that you've already posted on the message board. You're caught between either A) goin to sleep or B) staying up to watch more Tom Greene reruns (ah...look at the lonely swedish...). Using my formula, you would pick sleep and feel much better in the morning. It's been proven that extreme lack of REM sleep causes decrease in motor skills and inability to preform low-difficulty cognitive skills. It says so in my textbook. And finally I'd just like to give you some advice I picked up in reading Thoreau (kenny's cringing I just know it...). Go to bed at a good hour and wake up early. Have a regular schedule so that your body can adjust to it. Go for walks outside. Eat healthily. Enjoy the sunshine. Become part of nature. And don't forget to be thrown in jail for not paying your taxes. Yeah. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- Replying to Original Article:Article: Tsk. The simple solution to your worries is to sleep more. But not at the risk of us losing your wonderful posting contributions... Seriously, though, passing out at work ain't what we call a good sign (unless you woke up pregnant with the savior later on). Get more sleep. Eat regularly and well. Take breaks from things to go play outside. This is a disturbing trend. I also find that everyone on this message board is WAY smarter than me. But that explains the 4 page instructions for putting on my pants. I passed out at work today. Well, uncontrolably fell asleep from a standing position. I never get any real sleep. I haven't gone to sleep at a decent hour (before 4 a.m.) in nearly a week, and it's catching up with me. My brain is goo. You need to put a new picture up. Weekly even, dare I say it. And a Derek's ass shot would be great. Maybe then I could find time to sleep, knowing the world is a better place. I have to apologive for losing faith in humanity and myself then taking it out on someone. Seeeeeee you......! (My backpack wouldnever type something that idiotic...) I AM! the Playstation 2.Joe
