First off, the console is a much beloved and cherished item in my arsenal of gaming goodness but the PC is just so much better. The PC has the titles, the genres, the graphics, the sound, the gameplay, and the multiplayer/singleplayer goodness all over the console systems that are out there today. No console out there can come NEAR the Graphics a PC has to offer. You slap in the equipt, processor, and 2d/3d card, and no console can touch, more colors. More effects. Better lighting, and EVERYTHING. Perin, your stupid argument about how not all computers can run the current games...if you wanna compare a Dreamcast, N64, psx, ps2 to an old ass 486/66 computer...go ahead. I'll compare a 1.5ghz badass comp to a gameboy. Titles and genres. While the Fighting game has been the leader for the evil console gaming system. That is about the only one that it has. The PC has the rts, fps, rpg, and any other ailed down. and it is only a matter of time till it takes on the fighter genre. Single and Multiplayer, while sitting in a room full of great friends playing 4 player games nad being able to hear their verbal abuse for camping on the edge in smash bros first hand is great. You can still ONLY have 4 players doing this. While the PC has the internet. You can join a game like UO with upwards of 10,000 people. Or a game like Half-life with 20-40 players. You simply cannot have this with a console gameing system. Overall, the console is a great gaming system. It has alot of great titles, single and multiplayer, and I am not against consoles altogether. But for me, the PC is way way way better for gaming'.'and thats all i have to say about that-SFG
