Kenny has a very good point that TV and Speakers are a must for equal gaming exp. on console to
that of expensive PC.  Also, I agree that in order to compete with PC the dreamcast has almost,
and I do say ALMOST a pc.  this tends to mean that PC might, be the better one.... Oh, and one
more thing... when you compare the cost of PC games to that of Console games, unless they are
used, then the games are much more expensive.  esp. when new.  thus cost effectiveness is rather
iffy.  but in the end, yes... it does boil down to personal preference...--- --- --- --- --- ---
