Ok, first off, Wed. and Sat afternoons are great times for mordhiem.  For me at least. I had
more to say, but i am tired and brain dead, so blaah...oh ya, work out thingy.  Talk to me some
more, i have restarted Sit-ups, crunches, stuff every night, snd tossing in some
weights/running(after my toe heals) sounds great. Ermm...ya that covers it now, good night
