Good news (I think so at least).  I now have something useful up on www.osbel.com, go to
www.osbel.com/weather.html for the current weather in lubbock.  I should soon have a new main
page up with real content behind it.  I am working in Flash and Fireworks to put together
something that will hopefully be good looking.  Let me know if this weather thing is good or
not.
